Shipping and payment

ATTENTION, IMPORTANT NOTES:

The processing of the order and the transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract takes place by email.
We therefore ask our customers to ensure that the e-mail address you have stored with us is correct, that the receipt of e-mails is technically ensured and, in particular, is not prevented by so-called SPAM filters!

Please check your order again for correctness and completeness before submitting it.

You will receive an order confirmation by email with an overview of the varieties you have ordered, as well as our general terms and conditions.

Shortly before shipping in spring 2021, we will contact you again by email with an invoice for your order.

Please only pay for your order when you have received an email from us in spring with the invoice / payment request!

Order conditions:

1. There is minimum order value.

2. We only deliver within countries in the European Union.

3. We only accept bank transfer as a method of payment.

4. We ship in spring (after receipt of payment), only in frost-free weather. Delivery does not start before March 20, 2021.

5. We accept orders until May 10th of each year.

6. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

7. As soon as your delivery is ready for dispatch, you will receive a detailed invoice / payment request from us by email.
Please only pay for your order after receiving the invoice! We only deliver in advance.

8. The actual shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart.

9. As soon as the package is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a OMNIVA tracking number.
